Alana has always been an artist at heart, with a passion for drawing and painting from a young age. After high school, she planned to study art, but her father — a multi-salon owner in the Twin Cities — encouraged her to attend beauty school so she could build a stable career while pursuing college. She enrolled at the Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2011 and quickly fell in love with the beauty industry, realizing makeup was her true form of art. In 2018, she returned to school to expand her expertise in cosmetology.
After more than a decade in the industry, bridal hair and makeup became her greatest passion. Alongside her talented team, Alana ensures every bride feels confident, radiant, and fully herself on her special day.
Outside of work, she dreams of becoming a professional astrologer, traveling the world, and one day owning a farm full of Newfoundlands. She loves spending time with her husband and their three Newfoundlands, trying new restaurants with friends and family, staying active, and diving into painting, reading, and astrology. Alana describes herself as ambitious, independent, and a little unconventional — always pushing creative boundaries in both life and business.
