Policies

Travel within 30 miles of Minneapolis, MN is included. Travel fees will be added after that. Parking fees are not included in our pricing and will be an additional charge. The industry standard for gratuity is 18-20%.  For your convenience, and to make things stress free, we add 18% gratuity to all services.

We ask that everyone receiving services the day-of has 1-2 day old hair. Freshly clean or very dirty (oily) hair does not keep a style and will fall.

With that, we ask that everyone shows up with dry hair. An additional $25 will be added on if someone in your party shows up with wet hair.  This will add additional time to the schedule and be more work for our artists.

Trial runs are not required but are recommended. We recommend doing your trial run 1-3 months before your wedding day.  Trial runs include one hair and one makeup look; additional looks will be an extra charge. Trial runs are done at the salon where the artist works.  If having the artists come to you for the trial, an extra travel fee will be added.

If our artists are not able to start a wedding day service due to someone in the party being tardy, additional fees will apply.

For every 30 minutes an artist has to wait, a $30 charge will be added. If they are late to the point the artist cannot do the service, a charge of $90 for the service will be added onto the brides balance.
